The biggest feature: it's a one-page site
It’s a one page scrolling website with the pages represented as sections on one page. That makes the template particularly suitable if your business doesn't need a huge amount of information.
A typical structure could therefore work something like:

The exact content you put into those sections can be changed. It can be continually customised to suit your business.

For a café website, I'd regard professional food/interior photography as part of the overall website investment.
Don't mistake “template” for “finished website”
You still need to supply and organise the content. The design is already done, but you then populate it with your own text and images.
