Squarespace Website Template Success Stories: How Our Clients Turned Templates Into Stunning Websites
Case study 1. A recent client using one of our fitness templates for a pilates business.
Olivia who runs a pilates studio made an enquiry earlier this year about how we could help her with her Squarespace website.
She makes videos of her pilates sessions and wanted to set up a members area so she could offer her videos on paid subscriptions. She had the basis of a website already in place but couldn’t get the design right. She also didn’t want to spend thousands on a custom made design. She needed a design that would appeal to a worldwide audience as her plan was to promote her library of pilates videos which didn’t restrict her to her current local area .
Because of the tight budget she was on we suggested using one of our templates. They cost £195.00 as opposed to £1000s if she were to take the custom design route.
Olivia chose the following template which we call the ‘Fitness template’..

We made the members area for her and connected the website up so she could take subscription payments. We also set her up with an email campaign so she could email her members and potential customers with news and offers every month.

Olivia can now add her content to her new website herself. She writes blogs, she sends a mailshot everymonth, and she uploads new videos from her Youtube chanell.

Case study 2. One of our ready-made designs used for a business networking group in Shropshire.
This case case study relates to a template that was chosen by The Severn Business network. They are a business netwoking group in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. Having had years of unsuccesful relationships with website designers they decided that choosing a design for their website ahead of adding the content was way more beneficial to them than seeing what the designer came up with. They also had a limited budget.
They looked at at of the 30 or so designs we have on offer and they chose the ‘Gorgeous template’ which you can see below.
The group had several things they needed from a website.
1.They needed to communicate that they were a different networking group and looked after their members away from business and so they needed a blog to shout about the various hobbies members have and also talk about ‘get togethers’ and social events’ .
2.They needed a striking design, and they needed punchy content to attract new members.
3.They needed to be able to make changes, add content and do any editing themselves.

A lovely design with split backgrounds. Would suit any business where style and presentation is important. Just swap over the images and the text.

We customised the design and kept the page background shapes. We changed the colour of the background shapes to fit in with their branding. They liked the fonts so we kept that element in place.
The group is able to make changes to the content, they are able to update events and send out emails about visitors days and details about upcomming events.
The website is now used as a useful tool and the group now feels envigorated and pleased that their useful content can now be published and they can do it all themselves.

Case study 3. Our client who runs an online training business.
Paul Archer Training Ltd asked us to improve their website and they used one of our ready made Squarespace website designs (or template).
The old website was looking dated and the focus of the website needed to change to link with a course provider organisation called Thinkific. The courses on their new website now link to this courses portal.
Shelley White who is a director of the business was keen to understand how she could add content and make edits herself to the new website so we included a couple of hours of our online tuition into the package of services they bought from us. The plan was to customise this template and as you can see it’s possible to change all of the components of the design and we’ve used their colours, their branding, their own font and elements of their distinctive logo.

Case study 4. A decorating business based in Bournemouth called Home Works Decorator used one of our templates for their new business website.
Davina from Home works decorating contacted us to help her finish her Squarespace website. She had all of her text and images ready but she was struggling to get her design completed and she was keen to launch her business. Davina had a limited budget so we suggested the best option for her would be to use one of our ready made designs or templates. She looked at our 30 templates and decided she liked the ‘Scrolling template’ design the best.

The most important things for Davina apart from launching the website quickly was the cost and the fact she will be able to make edits and add content herself. She plans to show she is an expert in her field by writing regular blogs and adding case studies to her website.

Case study 5. An online children’s clothing brand has used one of our ready-made designs or templates for their new online store.
Christine from Holly and Jack contacted us to talk about their new business. Christine prints on clothing in her current business. She and her friend Donna together have decided to start a bespoke retail business printing on very high quality children’s clothing and toys. They needed an e-commerce website and because it’s a startup they have limited funds and didn’t want the expense of a custom made design.
A template design was what they wanted and the appeal of being able to add content and make edits themselves drew them to the Squarespace platform. They took a look at our templates and they chose the ‘Pages’ template and we added a shop to the template for them.

Chris and Donna’s new business needed to launch in June 2026 as they needed time to get their social media up and running. Retail businesses in the UK start to think about positioning themselves in September ahead of the crucial run up to Christmas. The pricing of the products for this business needed to be accurate as there are a number of different processes and suppliers involved in producing a finished product. They were keen on making a good profit from the outset. We helped them populate their new website and connect it with their new domain. Case study 6. A Shrewsbury corporate printing company chooses one of our Squarespace website templates for their new website
Printzone is a well established corporate printing company in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. We met Christine, the owner, at a business networking meeting a few years ago. She prints on t shirts and clothing for local brands and businesses. She prints placemats, coasters and key-rings for local artists. She also prints all sorts of occasional and sporting clothing and material. Her previous website has never served her very well and decided she wanted complete control over her content and needed a better design. One of our templates was the perfect solution for her.

Case study 7. Johnny Mundell needed a good design for his business website. It needed to be good on mobile a functional design that would convert enquiries into customers.
Johnny Mundell from Mundell and Company in Banbury emailed us in August and needed a website design and had seen our Clouds template online several times this year while searching for a website solution.
