What is included when you buy our website templates?
Until the 30th September 2026 we are including our specialist SEO service when you buy one of our Squarespace website templates.
This means that when your website is finished and you’ve populated your template with your own text and images we’ll optimise it for you so you’ll get found by your customers on the search engines.
Below a few other questions answered:
1. Exactly what do I receive immediately after purchase?
We’ll send you your website template to your Squarespace account if you have one, otherwise we’ll open one for you.
2. How long does it normally take to turn the template into my finished website?
It normally takes a few days if you have all of your content ready.
3. Do I need my own Squarespace subscription and domain?
You can get your domain from any of the domain providers including Squarespace. We’ll help you wherever you get your domain from.
4. Can you connect my existing domain for me?
Well do this for you. This is included when you buy one of our templates
5. What happens if I get stuck while editing it?
We’ll help you if you get stuck while editing it.
6. How long does your support last, and is it genuinely unlimitedt
Yes. the support you’ll get with one of our templates is ongoing and unlimited.
7. What exactly is included in the £195 price, and what additional costs should I expect?

8. Do your website templates work on any other platform like Wordpress?
No. Only the Squarespace platform.
9. Do I need any additional software when I buy one of your templates?
No. All of our templates are built on Squarespace. Many of the big template shops in the U.S. use Canva to design their templates so you need an additional Canva subscription. Not us though, there’s nothing extra you need as all of our templates are genuine Squarespace designs.
10. Can I see a real live version of any of your templates?
Yes you can. You’ll see a link to a live version of any of our templates when you click on ‘View this design’ when you select any design from the templates store page.
11. Can you show me examples of existing customer websites and their results?
Yes. If you select ‘Case Studies’ from the top navigation on this page you can see websites that have been created using one of our website templates.
12. Can I completely change the colours, fonts, images and page layouts?
Yes you can. You can completely customise the template and make changes to everything if you want to.
13. Are there any sections or features that can't easily be changed?
All of the features and settings can be changed. There are no restrictions on what can be changed.
14. Can I add things like booking forms, email sign-ups, video, testimonials, galleries or a blog?
Yes you can. All of these these things are included for you to add to your template.
15. Will I own the website/template after purchasing it, or is it licensed?
You will own the website outright. We don’t licence our designs. Once you pay for it you own it.
16. If I want something substantially different from the demo, will there be additional costs?
We can help you if you need anything substantially different from one of or ready-made designs. Just call us and we’ll discuss the options.
