Our collection of Squarespace website templates continues to grow and improve. We’ve made some new additions, we’ve made a few improvements to some of the older ones and the support package that we offer to help with populating with the templates is even better than before.
We find offering a support package if it’s needed is very important. No all, but many clients need help to populate and further customise their new template or design. They may be new to Squarespace and unfamiliar with the way it works or they just don’t have the time and need a website straight away. If you don’t need the support package the template is £125.00 and you can populate it yourself.
The basic principle of a template is that although Squarespace offer basic designs to get you started many users want something more sophisticated, more designed and offer more functionality. They often have all of the content and images they need but they struggle with the design. All you do once you’ve purchased the template is replace our text (often latin placeholder text) with your own and swap over our stock images with your own images. All you have to do next is connect it to your domain and you’re in business.
A template is also perfect if you want to re-design an existing Squarespace website. You just chose a new design/template you like and transfer over your existing content.
You’ll see we given a few notes about each template. Some are more suited to hospitality, some for fitness, some for service businesses. As you can customise all of the templates further to suit your business so you can actually choose any design.
Getting the SEO sorted out on your new template is easy too. All the the headings and on-page SEO structure is already done for you. All you need to do is fill in the SEO heading and descriptions in the settings section in behind each page. Squarespace makes all of this so easy.

One last thing to mention is cost. Using a template will save you thousands. A custom designed template will cost in the region of £2-4,00. A template costs £125.00 and the support package costs £385.00. It’s a no brainer!
